Sarah Bloom is a filmmaker, photographer and storyteller drawn to the dark, dirty magic of human connection. She makes art in an attempt to capture moments that feel raw - intimate - alive, like lightning in a bottle.
Her directorial debut, It Will Happen to Us Again, premiered at Green Mountain Film Festival this year. It’s a story about all the pain and love tangled up in coming home. Past screenwriting includes San Clemente Syndrome, which premiered at Catalina Film Festival and is streaming on NoBudge.
When she’s not taking photos or making films, Sarah likes to spend time at estate sales or in the great outdoors. Perhaps because both of those things are full of stories!
